Hello, I'd like to introduce you to

Josie.

Isn't she the cutest cat ever? :)
Since I was a child, one of my biggest wishes was to get a pet cat. And now at the age of 18 years I finally got one. :) ( She was a late birthday present).
I named her after a blink-182 song. And everybody who doesn't know Josie should check it out now. It's an awesome song.
Josie is half a year old and such a pretty cat. Her fur has 4 colors: white, black, brown and red/orange.

She's a pretty wild kitty. Nobody is safe when she is freaking out .
Josie looks really innocent but sometimes she's the devil himself  ;D
So be aware! ;)

I DID IT!!

I'm officially red headed now :D

I wanted to change something. And yeah, I dyed my hair red xD. I wanted to this for a long time and a couple of days ago I just thought "fuck , let's do it!". And I like it :)
Sometimes you just have to do things and don't think about if it's a good idea or not. ;D

It's not always that red. The color depends on the light ;D

Green Day is better than you.

Yes they are ;D They are the best. I don't know what I should do without them. And I don't know who I would be without them. I'm pretty sure I would be a different person. They changed me and my life for a better.
Green Day was the first band I was really obsessed with and I still am.

I listen to them for over 5 years know. It started in early 2006 when I was chatting with a girl who was a huge Green Day fan (at least I thought this at that time: Today I know that she had no clue and only knew American Idiot xD) She always told me about Green Day and to be honest it really got on my nerves. She had an own homepage with some Green Day music videos on it ( American Idiot, Holiday and Boulevard Of Broken Dreams). So one day  I was really bored and I decided to watch some of the videos on her homepage. I already knew Boulevard Of  Broken Dreams (and Wake Me Up When September Ends) but I've never seen the video before. It didn't take long and I fell in love with the Holiday video and the song itself. I watched it several times every day. I liked the American idiot video too, but Holiday was my favorite. And this song (and the video) was the reason why I asked my mother to buy American Idiot.

I wasn't really impressed when I listened to is for the first time. To be honest I thought that all the songs sound the same. And I didn't understand why somebody would make songs which are 9 minutes long.  The album was pretty lame to me.
Today I'm really glad that i listened to it some more times, cause it took while until I fell in love with it.
The second album I bought was Dookie, which was pretty different  from the Green Day stuff  I knew at that time. But it became one of my favorite albums of all time. And She one of my favorite Green Day songs.
I think my third Green Day album was Bullet In A Bible, which contains an awesome live DVD and CD. The best live DVD from Green Day I think Awesome As Fuck is really good too, but Bullet In A Bible has something that Awesome As Fuck doesn't have. Maybe it's the relationship between the band and the audience. I don't know.

I've been to two Green Day shows. The first one was in 2009 and the second one in 2010. Both shows were amazing. And I can't wait  to see them again. No way is too long and no ticket too expensive to see Green Day live ;D

Sometimes it maybe seems like blink-182 is my favorite band. And sometimes I maybe think so too. But there are moment I realize that I love Green Day more and that they'll always be my favorite band. They have a really special place in my heart, because their music was there for me when no one else was. When the wish to listen to a new album someday was the only reason for me to get out of bed every morning.
So it's true: Green Day is better than you! ;D

Suprise, Suprise!

Look what my mom brought me yesterday:

I love it. I've been at this P!nk concert in Freiburg and it was awesome. It was a fucking party ! xD

A friend of hers wanted to throw the poster away and mom thought that it would be perfect for me. And my mommy knows me :)
The only problem I have now, is that there is no space left for it on my walls xD There are Posters everywhere. And this P!nk tour poster is a big one. Fuck, that's a big problem. xD
I really need to come up with an idea.
I'll tell you when I found a solution ;D

See you in the showers;

Professional Idiot: A Memoir

This post is dedicated to Steve-os book Professional idiot. And yes this is where the link of this blog comes from ;)

 ( yep that's me ;D )

I really love this book, it's so good. I think every jackass or Steve-o fan should read it. I  have never thought that steve-o would be such a good writer. Yes I know he had help from his co-writer David Peisner but I'm sure Steve wrote most of the book by himself.

I think no other book made me laugh so hard before ( jackass 10 Years Of Stupid did a really good job, too ;D). But on the other side it has some really sad moments in it.

To quote Johnny Knoxville:
"Steve-o looks back in this book with such  intelligence, humor, and searing honesty."
And he is really honest in this book. There are some really, really embarrassing moments and situations writen down in this book. It' hilearus . xD

I got Professional Idiot the day it was released because I preordered it on amazon. After I preordered it I posted it on twitter. I wrote something like " Just ordered @SteveO ' s new book Professional Idiot: A Memoir."
Two hours later I checked my emails and there was one email saying that I got a message from Stephen Glover on Twitter. I  immediately started freaking out. xD
I checked my twitter messages and there it was:

This made my whole month. Fuck what am I saying, it made my whole year! xD I was so happy and I  still am when I think of it. And no i'm not overacting! haha

So come on guys, go and buy this book! ;D

 See you in the showers,

blink life. for life.

I'm a really, really, really big fan of blink-182. I'm listening to this band since late 2006/ early 2007.
At that time I chatted with a blink-182 fan, who told me about this band and sent me some songs. And I'm so thankful.
Not just for making me listen to blink but also because she send my a signature and a used pick Tom gave her at a Angels & Airwaves show in cologne. I'm sure not everybody would do something like this. :)

When I started listening to them, they were already on their "hiatus" and I was sure that I would never hear new music from blink or see them in concert. It was hard but I kinda accepted it.
The first album I bought was "The Greatest Hits" and the second was blink-182. It didn't take long until I had every fucking record they made. And I loved it.

My favorite blink-182 song is "Give Me One Good Reason". This song means very much to me. It kinda describes me and my attitude. I fell in love with it the first time I heard it.
This Song is also one of the reasons why "Take Off Your Pants And Jacket" is one of my two favorite blink-182 albums (besides blink-182).

Then on 8th February 2009 everything changed ( It was one day before my mom's birthday, so i remember the date exactly ;D ). I saw the Grammys live on television. It was night in germany and around 3 am (i think) when blink showed up. I already knew that they would present a Grammy but then when they said that their "hiatus" is over and they're back together, it was such a overwhelming moment for me. I immediately started crying. ;D. The Grammys were over at 5 am and I had 1 hour left until I had to get ready for school. But I was so happy I couldn't sleep. So I just laid in bed and couldn't stop grinning.

One year, six months and 16 days later one of my biggest dreams came true. I saw them live on an Open Air Concert in Hamburg. I traveled through the whole country just to see them. And it was so worth all the money and stress I had. Fuck, it was the best concert I've ever been to (sorry Green Day ;D ). Just a few minutes after blink showed up on stage, it began to rain. And not just a few raindrops it was a fucking waterfall. xD
But it made the concert even better. Mark stood in the rain cause he wanted to get wet with us xD This caused that his setlist got totaly destroyed and he had to ask tom everytime what the next song would be. It was hilarious. Tom and Mark made us laugh so hard with the stupid shit they talked.
Because of the rain the ground became really really muddy and some people almost started a mud fight. xD

this is what my shoes and jeans looked like after the show:

I could talk for hours about the blink-182 concert. I had such a great time.

(not my videos)

I'll see them again next year. And I can't fucking wait. I know it's gonna be perfect just as blink-182 is. :)

See you in the showers,
Alina

P.S. No I didn't forget the new album neigborhoods. I'll write something about it in a few days or so ;D

The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

I just finished watching "The Human Centipede". For those, who have never heard of this movie here's the trailer:

"The Human Centipede (First Sequence) is a 2010 Dutch horror film written and directed by Tom Six. The film tells the story of a German doctor who kidnaps three tourists and joins them surgically, mouth to anus, forming a "human centipede""

I watched it in english on the internet and I have to say that the idea of this movie is really sick and disgusting. But it's also something new ' cause I don't think that there are any other movies with the same or a similar story ;D.

To be honest, I thought that The Human Centipede would be more disgusting. I'm pretty sure that I've seen other movies which were nastier. Furthermore the movie was kinda boring to me. I don't know why but the story line wasn't that fascinating I think.
I don't wanna tell you how the movie ends, so all I will say is that I didn't really like the end.

I can say that The Human Centipede isn't that bad but I thought it would be a better movie. It's ok to watch it once or maybe twice, but I wouldn't watch it more than two times. ;)

See you in the showers,
Alina
